We can’t wait to welcome you! - Brand new luxury finishes with open floor plan - Unit 3 is located on the ground floor and requires guests to walk down 1 flight of stairs when using the front entrance to the building - Close to public transit (3 min to metro), 20 minute walk to Capitol Building - Full kitchen - 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa - 1 Bath NEIGHBORHOOD Explore a variety of dining options along 8th Street including a Michelin-rated restaurant and high-end food court ROOST just a block away. For those who prefer to cook at home, a Trader Joe's is conveniently located just 5 minutes away. PARKING Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This parking space is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee it will be available for your stay, please message us for parking spot availability or general parking questions/concerns. LAST MINUTE BOOKING REQUESTS/EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT Please message us for any requests to book last minute or any early check-in or late check-out requests. If available we can accommodate for an additional fee.
