We can’t wait to welcome you! - Brand new luxury finishes with open floor plan and unlimited natural light! - Unit 11 is located on the 3rd floor and requires guests to walk up 3 flights of stairs - Close to public transit (3 min to metro), 20 minute walk to Capitol Building - Indoor fireplace and full kitchen - 1 Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa - 1 Bath NEIGHBORHOOD Explore a variety of dining options along 8th Street including a Michelin-rated restaurant and high-end food court ROOST just a block away. For those who prefer to cook at home, a Trader Joe's is conveniently located just 5 minutes away. PARKING Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This parking space is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee it will be available for your stay, please message us for parking spot availability or general parking questions/concerns. LAST MINUTE BOOKING REQUESTS/EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT Please message us for any requests to book last minute or any early check-in or late check-out requests. Bikeshare/Scooters: Cycling is a convenient way to get around Capitol Hill, with bike lanes and bikeshare stations scattered throughout the area. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent, offering a fun and efficient way to travel. Parking: Street parking is generally available on or around our block, though, like the rest of D.C., there are parking regulations to keep in mind. If you plan to use a car during your stay, let us know in advance, and we can plan to rent out our parking pace in the back if available.
